Hello.
We’re Capsa.

We are on a mission to change the construction industry by making simple to use software with the features you need.

the idea

Capsa was formed in response to a simple question: How do we know the latest information on our building projects?

the probelm

Frustrated that existing software contained features we didn’t need, was expensive and was built with other industries in mind, we set about answering our own question.

the result

The result was Capsa. A cloud-based document management tool that works on the premise of always showing the latest information. Simple.

We have taken the traditional approach of each company having its own storage solution, with its own folder structures and its own admin resource and thrown that idea in the bin.

In an industry slow to evolve, rather than focusing on traditional approaches and the complexity this brings, we are open-minded, prioritising the needs of our users over what has been done before.

Simple things work better and are easier to understand. Achieving simple takes time and effort, but by keeping it simple, we get to remind ourselves of the reason we are here and what features our users really need.
