Hello.
We’re Capsa.

Our story starts on site. Capsa wasn’t dreamed up in a boardroom. It was built out of the day-to-day frustrations of running real construction projects.

The problem

The question that started it all.

At MAKE, our construction company, we kept running into the same issue: how do we know the latest information on our projects? The software out there was too expensive, too complicated, and designed for big corporates — not for small project teams like ours. Folders got messy, versions got mixed up, and hours were wasted chasing the “right” document.

The Spark

Instead of wrestling with clunky systems, we built our own. A simple way to keep project information clear, connected, and easy to use. What started as an internal solution quickly became something more — because every architect, builder, and project manager we worked with had the same problem.

Capsa Today

From one site to many.

That’s how Capsa was born: on the ground, solving a real issue, tested by people who actually run projects. Today, Capsa is helping project teams across the industry stay organised, cut wasted admin, and deliver better projects.
